JOE Client allows direct access to the GWAVES hardware, OMS Cards, and some of the internal workings of JOE. It should be considered as an engineering control app and is not meant to be used by the observer. Most of the functionality in JOE Client is reproduced in GDR/WFS and LMI LOUIs.
