The exhaust fan has been wired up to the control
system and we have a new thermostat installed to control
the temperature. It is a bit more complex than I would have
preferred but it seems to do the trick. There is a master switch
that turns on the exhaust fan and heaters. There are two settings
on the thermostat:

1) Heat Setting. When the inside temperature is below
this value the heaters will turn on.

2) Cool Setting. When the inside temperature is above
this value the dampers will open and cool outside
air will be pulled into the control room.

There are two things to note. The exhaust fan will be always
running when the master switch is turned on and the thermostat
maintains a 3 degree deadband between the heating and cooling.

Changing the temperature setting is accomplished
by the following method.

1) Hit the up or down arrow on the thermostat twice.
This will light up the thermostat and there will be
two flashing lines. One in the upper right hand
corner that is flashing either heat setting or cool
setting.

2) On the bottom of the thermostat there are 3 buttons
in a row. The far right button is the system button that
selects heat or cool setting. Select which setting you want
to change.

3) Move the up or down arrows to adjust the setting to the preferred
value.
