PRISM Liquid Nitrogen Note

Please note that PRISM will spill Liquid Nitrogen when observing above certain Declinations. A generic rule would be anything greater than 34 degrees.  If possible please use the following rules when using PRISM.

1) When you know that you will be observing at the higher Declinations. Try to fill the dewar after these observations occur.

2) While we recommend that you fill once in the evening and once in the morning. If the weather looks good then doing a good fill in the morning will be sufficient if you know that you will be observing at high declinations.

We certainly understand that your science comes first and it is hard to avoid some spillage. But any help to reduce spillage would be appreciated.
