PRISM Errors

• If LOIS crashes and when you restart you get an error and this message in the logs

  PCI Memory Map function failed! Bad Address Error! Unable to mmap in the Prism Kernel Space CCD: Unable to set dimensions

  This currently require a reboot of Hans to fix.

  Check the disk space on the data disk and the /tmp_space directory
