The "ActiveMQ Broadcast" view in this app can be used to redirect guide or collimation offsets to the TCS. Both guide and collimation offsets have to be sent to the "LOUI.gwaves.loisAnalysis" topic. Unfortunately this is hardcoded and therefore LOIS has to be running on a machine called gwaves. There are buttons for toggling this function on and off.
